What we collect

When you submit our intake form or email us, we collect the information you provide: your name, title, contact details, company details, and your description of the engagement you need. We do not ask for employee names or personal data about others on this website.

How we use it

We use it to respond to you, scope and deliver services, and keep records of our engagements. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) under ExactFit's account. Client engagement data is stored in client-specific folders with access limited to ExactFit and people working on that engagement.

AI tools

We use AI tools, including Claude, to research and draft work products. All client-facing work is reviewed by a person before delivery.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to respond and for our business records. To access, correct, or delete your information, email chris@exactfittalentsolutions.com.
